1. How do I register for a seminar?
Registering for an Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC seminar is quick and easy. You can either register online under the Registration Page, fax this form to (562) 985-0860, or call (310) 406-9546 (Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm) to register over the phone.
2. How will I confirm that you received my on-line order?
At time of your purchase you will be able to print a detailed confirmation invoice for future reference. Additionally we will send a detailed confirmation invoice for your personal and/or tax records.
3. How late can I register for a seminar?
Pre-registration is encouraged, but we know you're busy! So, if you decide on the day of the seminar you're able to attend, please just show up and register at the door. If you need to register at the door, we recommend you call us first to confirm availability and any schedule or location changes.
4. Do you offer multiple attendee discounts or multiple seminar discounts?
Yes! The more you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives $10, for a full day event, off their total tuition. If you register for more than one seminar you will receive at least 10% off!
5. Will I qualify for continuing professional education credit by attending a seminar?
Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC certifies that each of these activities has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California. Each of our day long seminars qualify for 6.0 California MCLE Credits.
6. How do I obtain verification of attendance for credit reporting purposes?
All attendees will receive a personalized certificate of attendance upon the conclusion of a live seminar. You may use this certificate to verify your participation for meeting professional education requirements.
7. What about lunch and parking?
Unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are on your own. For your convenience, we select locations for our seminars that have dining establishments within the facility or nearby. To obtain directions and parking information please contact the hotel associated with the seminar you are interested in.
8. What should I wear?
Business casual attire is appropriate. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or a jacket for extra comfort.
9. What time does the seminar start?
Registration begins at 8:30am and seminars start promptly at 9:00am.
10. Will I receive course materials?
Yes! You will receive a comprehensive course reference manual specific to the seminar you are attending. The reference manual is written by the seminar presenters and serves as a valuable reference for you during and after the program. There is space for note taking and each manual is bound so storage after the seminar is neat and convenient. The reference manual allows you to take the seminar home with you for future personal review or for study by others in your office.
11. What are my payment options?
We accept a wide variety of payment options. These include PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Personal or Corporate Check.
12. Do you ever cancel a seminar?
We make every effort to hold each advertised seminar. However, at times we many need to cancel a program for reasons that are outside of our control. In the event that we do have to cancel a seminar an Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC customer service representative will contact each registered attendee.
13. What is your refund policy?
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend the program please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different XLT seminar, or sending you the manual and audio recording of the event. Substitute registrants are welcome and may be named at any time. If you cancel 10 business days in advance you will receive a full refund, less a $50 service charge. If you cancel within nine business days you are not entitled to a cash refund. If Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC, cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC, disclaims any liability for any other direct or compensatory payment.
14. How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar?
If there are any changes to the seminar you are scheduled to attend, you will be notified by an XLT Customer Service Representative as soon as possible.
15. Can I send someone else in my place if I can't attend?
If you cannot attend a program, you may transfer your registration to another person, by contacting our customer service department at (310) 406-9546 Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.
16. I need special accommodations, what do I do?
We take pride in meeting the individual needs of all seminar participants. All of our seminars are held in facilities that are accessible for all ability levels. Other special needs requests are easily handled by contacting our customer service department at (310) 406-9546 Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.
17. Do you have additional reference materials for purchase?
Yes! If you are unable to attend the seminar then you are eligible to order the seminar manual. Please allow 6-8 weeks after seminar for mailing. Not intended to afford CA MCLE credit. Add $7 shipping/handling, plus applicable sales tax, to your order. You can go to the Registration page to order the seminar manuals.
18. Can a seminar be presented on-site for my organization?
Yes! Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC is happy to arrange to have the program of your choice presented at your facility. The benefits of in-house training are numerous. You can find more information about bringing our customized training to your office by calling our customer service department at (310) 406-9546 Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.
19. How do I submit a topic I am interested in seeing become a seminar?

20. Do you offer seminars on-line?
Sorry we do not offer seminars online at this time.
21. I've ordered your reference materials, how long will it take for me to receive them?
If you have ordered reference materials from an event that has already been held, your order will be shipped in approximately ten business days. If you have ordered reference materials from an event that has yet to be held, your materials will be shipped approximately two weeks after the event date. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at (310) 406-9546 Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.
22. Are my on-line purchases secured?
We incorporate security measures to ensure the safety of any financial information you provide during your registration and purchase process. Please note that email communication directed to us will not be secure unless otherwise noted.
23. My company offers products and services pertinent to the people attending your seminar, are there any opportunities for advertising or sponsorship?
Yes, carefully selected organizations can sponsor or co-partner our continuing education seminars. Xtreme Legal Tactics, LLC seminars are an ideal way to reach your target audience and demonstrate your commitment to continuing education. A variety of advertising options are available to our sponsors.
